This Quotation Estimate is issued by KL Industrial Welding Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive professional Welder services, equipment supply, and on-site fabrication support for industrial and commercial projects located within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan region. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of pricing by KL Industrial Welding Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of 50% of the Welder work scope; 20% upon final handover and sign-off at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur project site.
- Warranty: All welding work performed by our certified Welder team carries a twelve (12) month defect liability period from the date of final acceptance. Any weld defects identified within this period in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall be rectified at no additional cost.
- Compliance: All Welder personnel shall hold valid DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Malaysia) certifications and comply with all local regulations applicable to welding operations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Insurance: The contractor maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required under Malaysian law for all operations conducted in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur region.
- Delays: In the event of force majeure or client-caused delays at the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur site, the Quotation Estimate timeline shall be extended accordingly, and standby charges of MYR 1,500 per day may apply after 48 hours of unauthorised idle time.
