- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Welder personnel in Myanmar Yangon are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the sixth (6th) month, and the remaining 30% upon successful project handover and final inspection.
- All Welder personnel deployed to Myanmar Yangon shall comply with the Labour Law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and all applicable local regulations governing foreign and local workers in industrial zones.
- The client shall provide a safe working environment, adequate ventilation, and access to all project areas. Golden Bridge Industrial Services Co., Ltd. shall ensure that every Welder is trained in occupational safety and health protocols specific to welding operations.
- Any change in scope, additional Welder headcount, or extension of the contract period beyond twelve (12) months shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, arbitration shall be conducted in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
- All welding work shall conform to AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding Code — Steel) and applicable Myanmar national standards. The Welder team shall produce weld logs, inspection reports, and as-built documentation for the client's records.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
