The Welder assigned to this project will be a fully certified professional holding valid EN ISO 9606-1 qualifications for MIG/MAG, TIG, and SMAW processes. The Welder will be responsible for the following tasks at the designated site in Netherlands Amsterdam:
- Structural steel frame assembly and welding for a three-storey commercial building on Prinsengracht, Netherlands Amsterdam.
- Fabrication and installation of custom steel staircases, railings, and balustrades.
- Repair and reinforcement of existing load-bearing steel columns identified during the site survey conducted on 12 May 2025.
- Welding of anchor bolts and base plates for mechanical equipment foundations.
- Post-weld inspection preparation, including grinding, cleaning, and surface treatment in compliance with NEN-EN 1090-2 standards applicable in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
The Welder will operate in accordance with all local safety regulations enforced by the municipality of Netherlands Amsterdam, including the Arbowet (Dutch Working Conditions Act) and relevant VCA (Veiligheid, Circulatie, en Arbeid) certification requirements.

The Welder is scheduled to commence work on 1 June 2025 at the Netherlands Amsterdam site and is expected to complete all welding activities by 18 July 2025, subject to weather conditions and client-approved access windows. The Quotation Estimate assumes a standard five-day working week (Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00) with no overtime. Any additional hours requested by the client will be billed at 1.5× the standard Welder hourly rate as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Welder services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Netherlands Amsterdam.
5.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Welder's availability. Remaining balance is payable in two equal instalments at 50% and 100% project completion.
5.3 Cancellation: Cancellation of the Welder engagement by the client after the advance payment has been received will result in forfeiture of the advance. Cancellation by Delta Welding Solutions B.V. prior to commencement will result in a full refund of all monies paid.
5.4 Insurance & Liability: Delta Welding Solutions B.V. maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance and employer's liability insurance as required by Dutch law. The Welder and all personnel are covered under the company's VCA-certified safety programme. Liability for damage to the Netherlands Amsterdam site or third-party property caused by the Welder's negligence is capped at the total value of this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Netherlands Amsterdam.
5.6 Health & Safety: The Welder will adhere to all site-specific safety plans provided by the client and comply with the Arbowet regulations. A site-specific risk assessment (RI&E) will be conducted prior to the first day of work in Netherlands Amsterdam.
