The Welder engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid Nigerian Welding Institute (NWI) certification at Level 4 (Advanced) and possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in structural and industrial welding. The Welder will be responsible for all aspects of the welding process, including pre-weld preparation, execution of welds using SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW techniques, post-weld inspection, and quality assurance in compliance with Nigerian Standards (NS) and ISO 3834 requirements.

  • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in the Nigerian Naira exchange rate and raw material costs in the Abuja market.
  • Payment Terms: A minimum of fifty percent (50%) advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable upon successful completion and sign-off of the welding project in Nigeria Abuja.
  • Welder Availability: The certified Welder named in this Quotation Estimate shall be available on-site within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the client's written confirmation. In the event of the Welder's unavailability due to medical or force majeure, a substitute of equal or higher qualification shall be deployed without additional cost.
  • Work Location: All welding operations covered by this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted at the client's premises within the Nigeria Abuja Federal Capital Territory. Any relocation to a site outside Abuja (e.g., Kano, Port Harcourt, or Lagos) will require a revised Quotation Estimate with additional travel and accommodation charges.
  • Warranty: All welds executed by the Welder under this Quotation Estimate carry a six-month structural integrity warranty. Any defects arising from workmanship within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
  • Compliance: The Welder and all operations shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of Nigeria, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Environmental Protection Agency regulations, and all applicable Nigerian industrial safety codes.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria, with the seat of arbitration in Abuja, FCT.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the Nigeria Abuja market and reflects local pricing for welding consumables, equipment rental, and skilled Welder labour. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to the prevailing VAT rate as determined by the FCT Ministry of Finance.
