- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed after the expiry date will be subject to re-evaluation of rates due to potential fluctuations in material costs within Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Welder and all associated personnel shall be subject to the client's site safety rules and regulations. The client reserves the right to request replacement of any personnel who fail to meet performance or safety standards.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first month of service, and the remaining 20% upon satisfactory project completion and final inspection.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the attached payment schedule. Cheques must be drawn in favor of "WeldPak Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd."
- The Welder shall provide a daily work log and weekly progress report to the client's project manager. All welding records, including welder identification stamps and joint numbers, shall be maintained in accordance with ISO 3834 requirements.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the hourly rate of PKR 4,500 per welder-hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural steel material procurement, NDT testing fees, or any civil works. These shall be arranged separately by the client.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Pakistan, with the seat of arbitration being Islamabad, Pakistan.
- The Welder team shall comply with all environmental regulations set by the Islamabad Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), including proper disposal of welding slag, spent gas cylinders, and abrasive waste.
