1. 2. Scope of Welder ServicesThe Welder services covered under this Quotation Estimate include the following activities to be performed at the designated site in Peru Lima:
- Structural steel welding using SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) processes for primary and secondary structural members.
- Fabrication and assembly of steel frames, columns, beams, and bracing elements per the approved engineering drawings.
- Welding of pipe fittings and process piping up to 12 inches in diameter, including butt welds and fillet welds.
- Repair welding of existing structural components showing fatigue, cracking, or corrosion damage.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs, labor market conditions in Peru Lima, or changes in applicable tax regulations.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract signing and mobilization, 40% upon completion of 50% of the total weld joints verified by NDT, and 20% upon final acceptance and delivery of all quality documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andina Welding Solutions S.A.C. in Peru Lima.
4.3 Schedule: The Welder team shall commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the signed purchase order. The estimated total duration of the welding campaign is seven (7) weeks, subject to site readiness and weather conditions typical of the Peru Lima coastal climate.
4.4 Safety and Compliance: All Welder personnel shall comply with the occupational health and safety regulations established by the Peruvian Ministry of Labor (MINTRAB) and the specific site safety plan. Andina Welding Solutions S.A.C. shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and shall maintain valid insurance coverage for its workers throughout the project duration in Peru Lima.
4.5 Warranty: All welds completed under this Quotation Estimate carry a twelve (12) month warranty against defects in workmanship. Any weld that fails to meet the acceptance criteria of AWS D1.1 or the project-specific WPS shall be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from the execution of the Welder services in Peru Lima shall be resolved through the competent courts of the judicial district of Lima.
5. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Welder services to be performed in Peru Lima. This signature constitutes a binding purchase order for the scope of work described in Section 2.
