The estimated project duration for this Welder engagement in Philippines Manila is eight (8) weeks from the date of contract signing. Mobilization and site preparation shall be completed within the first five (5) working days. All welding operations, including structural, pipeline, and fabrication tasks, shall be executed in accordance with the approved WPS and applicable Philippine National Standards (PNS) as well as international codes (AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, and API 1104). The final NDT inspection and punch-list clearance shall be completed within the last one (1) week of the schedule.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, prices and availability of Welder personnel may be subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% progress payment upon completion of 50% of welding work; 30% final payment upon successful NDT clearance and project handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account in the Philippines Manila banking district.
- Warranty: All welding work performed by our certified Welder team is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months against defects in workmanship. Material defects are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty.
- Compliance: All Welder personnel deployed in Philippines Manila shall hold valid Philippine Welding Society (PWS) certifications, DOLE-recognized licenses, and current medical fitness certificates. Our operations comply with the Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (POSHS) and local Manila city ordinances.
