- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After the expiry date, all pricing, particularly for the Welder personnel and consumables, is subject to revision based on current market rates in Russia Moscow.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first month of Welder deployment, and 20% upon final project acceptance and submission of all quality documentation.
- All Welder personnel shall comply with the labor laws of the Russian Federation, including mandatory medical examinations, occupational safety training (OHS per Federal Law No. 426-FZ), and site-specific induction before commencing work in Russia Moscow.
- Welding operations shall be performed in strict accordance with GOST 14782, GOST 15160, and applicable ISO standards. All welds shall be subject to non-destructive testing as specified in the project quality plan.
- Any change in scope, additional Welder personnel, or extended project duration beyond the estimated period will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days of the change request.
- Equipment supplied under this estimate remains the property of Industrial Welding Solutions Ltd. until full payment is received. The client assumes responsibility for safe storage and operation of all Welder equipment on the Russia Moscow site.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, extreme weather conditions affecting the Russia Moscow region, or supply chain disruptions, shall extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any Welder personnel or equipment are mobilized to the site.

This signature authorizes Industrial Welding Solutions Ltd. to proceed with resource allocation and scheduling upon receipt of the advance payment.
