1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices for Welder services and materials are subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account specified by Al-Safwa Industrial Services Co., Ltd.
3. The project duration for the Welder deployment is estimated at ninety (90) working days from the date of site mobilization in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. Any extension beyond this period will be billed at the daily rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
4. All Welder personnel shall comply with the Saudi Arabian Labor Law, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and all applicable municipal regulations in Jeddah. Work permits, Iqama, and medical fitness certificates shall be maintained throughout the project duration.
5. The client shall provide safe access to the work area, adequate lighting, ventilation, and temporary power supply at the Saudi Arabia Jeddah project site. Failure to provide these conditions may result in schedule delays for which Al-Safwa Industrial Services shall not be liable.
6. All welding work shall be performed in strict accordance with AWS D1.1/D1.1M, ASME Section IX, and the project-specific Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) approved by the client's engineering team.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of structural steel materials, piping, or any third-party engineering design services. These items are to be procured separately by the client.
8. Any variation or change order to the scope of Welder work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. Additional work will be priced based on the unit rates in this Quotation Estimate or as mutually agreed.
9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a settlement, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
10. Al-Safwa Industrial Services Co., Ltd. shall provide a twelve (12) month warranty on all Welder workmanship from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in welding quality attributable to workmanship errors.
