- Provision of certified Welder operators (minimum 4 technicians) holding valid Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) work permits and IWS certification.
- On-site installation and calibration of all Welder units at the client's facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Welder services and equipment in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon delivery and on-site installation of all Welder equipment at the client's Riyadh facility.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon successful commissioning, completion of the Welder operator training program, and issuance of the final acceptance certificate.
All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Al-Riyadh Industrial Welding Solutions LLC. Payment terms are net 14 days from the date of invoice issuance.
The complete delivery, installation, and commissioning of all Welder equipment and services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be completed within 21 working days from the date of contract signing. The Welder operators shall be deployed on-site no later than 10 working days after the advance payment is received. All logistics and customs clearance procedures within Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be managed entirely by our team in compliance with the Saudi Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Welder equipment and services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All Welder equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months, in addition to the 12-month preventive maintenance contract included herein.
- The client is responsible for providing a suitable, well-ventilated workspace at the Riyadh facility that meets the operational requirements of the Welder equipment as specified in the technical annexure.
- All Welder operators deployed in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall comply with the Saudi Labor Law, HRSD regulations, and the client's internal health and safety policies.
- Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
