This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon contract execution, forty percent (40%) upon completion of the sixth month of Welder deployment in South Korea Seoul, and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final project acceptance and submission of all quality documentation to the Seoul Metropolitan Government. All payments shall be processed in Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the account designated by Global Industrial Welding Solutions Co., Ltd.
4. Terms & Conditions- The Welder assigned under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid Korean industrial welding certification and a current AWS D1.1 structural welding qualification. Any lapse in certification during the project term in South Korea Seoul shall be remedied at the contractor's expense within fourteen (14) days.
- All welding operations conducted in South Korea Seoul shall be performed in strict compliance with the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA-K) and the Seoul Metropolitan Government's construction site safety regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural steel materials, design engineering, or architectural modifications. Those items are to be procured separately by the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting South Korea Seoul, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
