The Welder services described in this Quotation Estimate are scheduled to commence on 1 July 2025 and are projected for completion within twenty (20) working days, subject to favorable weather conditions and site accessibility in the Spain Madrid area. The Welder team will operate on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 07:00 to 15:00, with a one-hour lunch break, in accordance with the Spanish working-hour regulations applicable in the Madrid autonomous community. Any overtime required by the client will be billed at 1.5 times the standard Welder hourly rate as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for Welder services and materials may be subject to revision based on market fluctuations in the Spain Madrid region.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the Welder work scope, and 20% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client in Spain Madrid.
- All payments shall be made in Euros (EUR) via bank transfer to the account of Iberia Welding Solutions S.L., registered in Madrid, Spain.
