- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and availability of the Welder team may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in material costs and labour rates in the Spain Valencia region.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope, and the remaining 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client's project manager at the Spain Valencia site.
- All Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid EN ISO 9606-1 certifications and are registered with the relevant Spanish occupational safety authority (INSST). Copies of qualifications will be provided prior to mobilization.
- The project will be executed in strict compliance with Spanish national regulations, including the Reglamento de Seguridad en la Construcción and all applicable AENOR/UNE standards for welding operations.
- Any additional work, change orders, or scope modifications beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- The Welder team will adhere to the site-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plan established by the client for the Spain Valencia project location. All personnel will attend the mandatory site induction before commencing work.
- Warranty: All welded joints are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship attributable to the Welder's operations. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent mechanical stress, corrosion, or third-party modifications.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be confirmed by countersignature and return of this document.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
