All Welder personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate hold valid certifications recognized by the American Welding Society (AWS), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9606-1), and the Sudanese Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing and confirmation of the Welder team deployment to Khartoum; 40% progress payment upon completion of primary welding operations (Day 20); and 30% final payment upon successful NDT, client sign-off, and demobilization. All payments shall be made in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Khartoum. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Sudanese tax regulations, and applicable VAT (15%) will be added to the grand total if not already inclusive.
6. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices for Welder labor, equipment rental, and consumables may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- All Welder personnel will be provided with comprehensive PPE and will adhere to OSHA-equivalent safety protocols adapted to Sudanese workplace regulations.
- The supplier assumes responsibility for equipment maintenance and replacement during the project duration. Any equipment failure will be resolved within 4 hours to minimize downtime at the Khartoum site.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated work stoppages in Khartoum, will result in a proportional extension of the project timeline without additional cost to the client.
- Any changes in scope, additional Welder personnel, or extended project duration beyond the 30-day estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the supplier.
- Warranty on all welds: 12 months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship. Material defects are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating these terms.
