Based on the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate, the Welder is expected to commence work on 15 July 2025 and complete all welding activities within 6 working weeks, subject to weather conditions and site access availability in Switzerland Zurich. 6.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements in Switzerland Zurich.
6.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Remaining 70% payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the project and 50% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client's site engineer.

6.4 Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing. Additional welding work will be billed at the hourly rates specified in Section 4 of this document.
6.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
Important Note: All rates in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of the Welder's statutory social security contributions (AHV/IV/EO, ALV, and LAA) as mandated for all workers operating in Switzerland Zurich.
