All equipment listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered to the client's designated site in Thailand Bangkok within 15 working days from the date of confirmed purchase order and receipt of the 50% advance payment. The Welder units and all ancillary equipment will be transported via our own logistics fleet, with full insurance coverage during transit within the Bangkok metropolitan area and surrounding provinces. On-site installation and commissioning will be completed within 3 working days of delivery, followed by the 2-day operator training programme. The entire project, from order confirmation to full operational readiness, is estimated to be completed within 20 working days.
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 50% advance payment upon signing of the purchase order, 40% upon delivery and successful commissioning of the Welder equipment at the Thailand Bangkok site, and the remaining 10% within 30 days after completion of the operator training programme. All payments shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account details provided on the official invoice. Late payments shall attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month as per Thai commercial law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in raw material costs, import duties, or exchange rate variations affecting components sourced internationally.
5.2 The Welder equipment is warranted for 24 months from the date of commissioning, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow the maintenance schedule outlined in the operator manual.
5.3 All welding operations performed using the supplied Welder must comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act B.E. 2554 (2011) of Thailand and the specific safety regulations enforced by the Department of Labour in Bangkok. The client is responsible for ensuring that all operators hold valid welding certifications as required by Thai law.
5.4 This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural modifications to the client's facility, additional electrical infrastructure beyond the standard 380V 3-Phase connection point, or any permits required by local Bangkok municipal authorities for industrial equipment installation.
5.5 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute. The governing law shall be the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

All specifications for the Welder system are based on the requirements discussed during the site survey conducted on 28 May 2025 at the client's facility in Thailand Bangkok.
