- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised Quotation Estimate beyond this period will be subject to re-evaluation of current market rates for Welder labour and materials in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- All Welder personnel shall be provided with valid UAE work permits, medical fitness certificates, and ADASCO trade cards prior to commencing work on site in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope, and 20% upon final handover and NDT clearance.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Al Noor Industrial Welding Services LLC, FAB Bank, Abu Dhabi, UAE, within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance.
- All welding work shall comply with AWS D1.1/D1.1M, ASME Section IX, and applicable UAE Civil Defence and Abu Dhabi Municipality safety regulations.
- The Welder team shall adhere to the client's site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols. Any hot work permits required by the Abu Dhabi site authority shall be coordinated by our Welding Supervisor.
- Warranty: All welded joints shall carry a twelve (12) month defect liability period from the date of final acceptance, covering porosity, cracking, and incomplete fusion defects.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural steel material supply, crane hire, or scaffolding unless explicitly stated in the itemized table above.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a formal variation order signed by both parties.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the Abu Dhabi Courts.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Welder services to be executed in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
