This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Welding & Fabrication Ltd. to provide professional Welder services for the above-referenced structural steelwork project located in United Kingdom London. Project Timeline

Anticipated commencement date: 23 June 2025. Estimated project duration: six (6) calendar weeks. All Welder personnel will be on-site Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, with the option of Saturday working at the client's discretion (subject to additional overtime rates of 1.5× the standard hourly rate). The project is situated in the Rotherhithe area of South London, and all logistics will be coordinated to minimise disruption to the surrounding United Kingdom London community and local traffic.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period expires due to fluctuations in material costs and labour market conditions in the United Kingdom.
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope, and the remaining 30% upon final inspection sign-off and handover. All payments are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date.
All Welder personnel deployed on this project hold current EN ISO 9606-1 certifications and valid UK CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards. Copies of certifications will be provided to the client prior to mobilisation.
Meridian Welding & Fabrication Ltd. carries full public liability insurance of £10,000,000 and employers' liability insurance of £10,000,000, both valid throughout the United Kingdom. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
The client is responsible for providing safe site access, adequate lighting, ventilation, and all necessary permits for hot work operations as required by the local London borough authority.
Any variations or additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment prior to commencement.
This quotation is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
Warranty: All completed welds carry a twelve-month warranty against defects in workmanship, provided the welded structures are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and not subjected to loads exceeding design specifications.
