1. Scope of Work & Description
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northwest Precision Welding Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the supply of a fully qualified Welder and associated welding services to be deployed at the client's manufacturing facility located in Manchester, United Kingdom. The scope encompasses structural steel welding, stainless steel fabrication, and maintenance welding tasks in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834 and BS 7667 standards. The Welder assigned to this contract will hold current AWS D1.1 and BS EN ISO 9606-1 certifications, with a minimum of eight years' practical experience in industrial and structural welding environments. All work will be carried out in full compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the relevant regulations applicable within the United Kingdom.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, all pricing will be subject to re-confirmation and potential adjustment based on current market rates for welding materials and labour in the Manchester region.
- All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of the Welder's professional insurance, public liability cover (minimum £10,000,000), and employer's liability insurance as required by law in the United Kingdom.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of the first month of on-site work, and the remaining 30% upon final project sign-off and submission of all NDT reports. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date by BACS transfer to our Manchester bank account.
- The Welder and support team will adhere to all site-specific health and safety protocols at the client's Manchester premises. A Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) will be submitted prior to commencement of works.
- Any variation in scope, additional welding hours, or change in material specification must be agreed in writing by both parties before work proceeds. Variations will be priced at the rates set out in this Quotation Estimate or as mutually agreed.
- Warranty: All welds completed under this contract carry a twelve-month warranty against defects in workmanship, provided the welded components are used within their designed parameters and maintained in accordance with the client's asset management procedures.
- This quotation is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- Northwest Precision Welding Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the named Welder with an equivalently qualified individual, provided prior written notice of at least five (5) working days is given to the client.
4. Acceptance & Authorisation
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Northwest Precision Welding Ltd. to proceed with the deployment of the Welder team to the designated site in Manchester, United Kingdom, under the terms and conditions set out herein.
