Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Welder services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States Chicago industrial labor market.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% due upon completion of 50% of the welding scope; final 20% due upon successful NDT inspection and client sign-off.
- All Welder personnel assigned to this project in United States Chicago shall hold current AWS certifications and maintain valid OSHA 30-hour safety cards. Certificates will be provided to the client prior to mobilization.
- The Welder shall adhere to all applicable federal, Illinois state, and City of Chicago regulations, including but not limited to OSHA 29 CFR 1910, Illinois Department of Labor standards, and Chicago Municipal Code Chapter 13-12 (Welding and Cutting).
- Any change in scope, additional welding hours, or extended project duration beyond the 18-day estimate will be documented via a written Change Order signed by both parties before work commences on the additional scope.
- All welding work is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship attributable to the Welder's performance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include structural engineering design, material procurement of primary steel sections, or crane/lift services. These items are to be arranged separately by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chicago, United States.
