This Quotation Estimate assumes that the Welder will be working on structural steel members (beams, columns, bracing, and connection plates) in accordance with AWS D1.1/D1.1M:2020 and applicable Los Angeles Municipal Code Chapter 17 provisions. The project site in United States Los Angeles must provide adequate ventilation, power supply (220V, 3-phase), and safe access for the welding crew. All work will be performed in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.252 and California Cal/OSHA Title 8 regulations. The quoted Welder rate includes employer-paid benefits, workers' compensation insurance, and liability coverage as required by the State of California.
Payment Terms1. 30% deposit due upon execution of this Quotation Estimate and issuance of a Purchase Order.
2. 40% progress payment due at the 6-week milestone (mid-project inspection sign-off).
3. 30% final payment due upon completion, final NDT clearance, and delivery of all documentation.
4. Net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest per California Civil Code Section 3289.
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing is subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations and labor market conditions in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
2. The assigned Welder must meet all project-specific qualification requirements. Should the client request a different certification level or additional process qualification, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days.
3. All work performed in United States Los Angeles is subject to local permitting requirements. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, hot-work permits, and environmental clearances prior to commencement of welding operations.
4. Pacific Coast Welding Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to substitute equivalent equipment or materials of equal or superior quality without prior written consent, provided no cost increase results.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed.
6. Governing law: State of California. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
