Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing for Welder labor, materials, and equipment is subject to revision based on current market conditions in United States New York City.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% progress payment at 50% project completion, and 30% final payment upon successful completion and sign-off of all Welder work. All payments due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date.
- All Welder personnel assigned to this project shall hold current AWS certifications and comply with all OSHA 29 CFR 1926 regulations as well as New York State Department of Labor requirements applicable to work performed in United States New York City.
- The project schedule is estimated at forty-five (45) working days, subject to weather conditions, site access availability, and any changes in scope directed by the client. Delays caused by factors outside the Welder team's control will be documented and may affect the final timeline.
- All welding work shall be performed in accordance with AWS D1.1/D1.1M:2020 (Structural Welding Code – Steel) and applicable New York City Building Code provisions. Any non-conforming welds identified during inspection shall be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include structural engineering design, steel material procurement (unless otherwise specified), or demolition of existing structures. These items may be quoted separately upon request.
