The Welder crew shall commence operations on June 23, 2025, and the estimated completion date for all welding and fabrication tasks is August 15, 2025, representing an eight (8) working-week schedule. The project is located in the SoMa district of United States San Francisco, and all work will be conducted during standard business hours (07:00 – 17:00 PST) unless otherwise authorized in writing by the project manager. Overtime work, if required to meet critical milestones, will be billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 15% mobilization deposit is due upon execution of the purchase order. Progress payments will be issued bi-weekly based on verified labor hours and material consumption.
- Insurance & Liability: Pacific Rim Welding & Fabrication Co. maintains General Liability Insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence, Workers’ Compensation as required by California law, and Professional Indemnity Insurance of $1,000,000. Certificates of Insurance will be provided prior to the commencement of work at the United States San Francisco site.
- Warranty: All welds are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in workmanship discovered within this period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
- Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Compliance: All Welder personnel will hold current AWS certifications and valid California driver’s licenses. The company complies with all federal, state (California), and local (City and County of San Francisco) occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
