The Welder assigned to this project shall hold a valid certification from the Uzbekistan National Welding Council (UzWeld) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in structural and pipeline welding. All welding procedures shall comply with the applicable GOST standards in force in Uzbekistan, as well as ISO 3834 for quality management in welding. The Welder will operate exclusively within the designated project boundaries in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and shall adhere to all local labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines enforced by the Tashkent City Executive Committee.

All welding equipment listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be new or factory-refurbished units with a minimum twelve-month manufacturer warranty. The Welder will be responsible for daily pre-use inspections, proper storage of equipment, and reporting of any malfunctions to the project supervisor within two (2) hours of detection.

Payment for the services and materials outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments:

This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Central Asia Industrial Services LLC.
All prices are quoted in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The USD equivalent is provided for reference only and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
The Welder and all personnel shall be covered under the company's occupational health and insurance policy in accordance with Uzbekistan labor legislation.
Any change in scope, additional welding hours, or material substitutions must be documented via a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution.
Delays caused by force majeure events, government-mandated shutdowns, or client-directed work stoppages shall extend the project timeline without penalty to the contractor.
The project site is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and all work shall comply with the Tashkent City Building Code and environmental permits held by the client.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
Confidentiality: All technical drawings, weld procedures, and project data remain the property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the Welder services to be performed in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document, once executed, constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
