- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all pricing for Welder personnel and equipment in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates and exchange fluctuations.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of 60% of the welding scope; 30% upon final acceptance and handover at the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City project site. All payments shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
- Delivery & Mobilization: All Welder personnel and equipment shall be mobilized to the Binh Tan District site within five (5) working days of receiving the Purchase Order. Mobilization in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City includes transport, temporary accommodation setup, and site safety briefing.
- Warranty & Quality: All weld joints shall carry a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of final inspection. Non-conforming welds identified during the warranty period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client. Quality assurance records will be maintained at our Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City office for a minimum of five (5) years.
- Compliance: All work performed by the Welder team shall comply with Vietnamese Labour Law, the Construction Law of Vietnam, and local regulations of Ho Chi Minh City. The contractor assumes full responsibility for work permits, social insurance contributions, and occupational safety compliance for all personnel operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control, as defined under Vietnamese commercial law.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through negotiation, followed by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
