All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated in the contract annexure. Late payments shall attract interest at the prevailing Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) prime rate plus 2% per annum.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or labour market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
• The Welder and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of Zimbabwe.
• All welding work shall be executed in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834 and the specific technical drawings provided by the client. Any deviation from approved drawings must be documented and approved in writing prior to execution.
• The client shall provide a safe and accessible work environment at the Zimbabwe Harare site, including adequate ventilation, fire suppression equipment, and clear access for the Welder and equipment.
• Any variation in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
