DESCRIPTION

A New Tab Page replacement / customization that uses a GLSL shader as a background for the New Tab Page.

GLSL Shaders produce trippy animations / rasterizations that are rendered on the GPU and not the CPU so they do not slow down a machine while animating.

Further, this GLSL shader tracks mouse movement across the New Tab Page to alter the animation as if to follow the animation.
