Adds a livestream preview to the YouTube channel live tab

Preview YouTube livestreams on the "Live" tab of channels!

YouTube Streams + automatically starts a live preview of a channel's currently ongoing livestream on the users channel.

Here's all of the currently available features:
• Watch a livestream from the "Live" tab of any YouTube channel
• Chat in scheduled stream chats (effectively operating as an offline chat)

* This is mostly a passion project, so I will add features as (if) I come up with them.
