Pin Following makes the "Following" tab the default view at https://twitter.com.
Pin Following は、https://twitter.com で「フォロー中」タブをデフォルト表示にしてくれます。

When you open https://twitter.com, the "For you" tab is selected at first. It is time-consuming to manually switch to the "Following" tab every time, so if you install Pin Following, it will automatically change the "Following" tab to the default view when you start Twitter.
https://twitter.com を開くと、まず最初に「おすすめ」タブが選択状態になっていますよね。これを毎回手動で「フォロー中」タブに切り替えるのは手間なので、Pin Following を入れておくと Twitter 起動時に自動で「フォロー中」タブをデフォルト表示にしてくれます。
