Utility extension that makes working with Composer Symphonies easier

This extension provides many small useful features in the composer.trade UI.

As of right now here is a small list

- Display quant stats for live symphonies in line on the portfolio page
- Build Tearsheets in context for individual symphonies. Live, OOS, and full Backtest
- Inline tooltips for describing tickers
- CMD + click with ticker tooltip open to jump to yahoo finance ticker page
- Adds logarithmic charting (ALT + L)
