March 6, 1948 Boston Globe article quoting Vaclav Benes who was the son of Bohus Benes and became Zbigniew Brzezinski's brother-in-law.
Vaclav Benes got a scholarship to study at Harvard while his father served in the Benes family Regime. At the time of this article his father, Bohus Benes, was Czech Consul in San Francisco and serving under the official Communist regime in Czechoslovakia.

***Note: A few days before this article, On March 3, 1948, The Oakland Tribune ran an article about Vaclav Benes father, Bohus Benes, titled "Benes' Action Called Heroism" in which Bohus Benes claimed that the Benes family complicity with the Communist Coup was an "act of heroism"
***Also note: on March 12, 1948 a few days after this article was published about Vaclav Benes: his father, Bohus Benes, who was the Czech Consul in San Francisco, demanded that American Czechs retract words critical of Communists and gave speech praising Soviets and criticizing Western Democracies.

***On April 22, 1948, an article in Star & Stripes states that Bohus Benes told an audience he was lecturing that "his country bowed to Russia as the only way out of the conflict between the Soviet and the United States" and claimed he wasn't a Communist
even though he was working for the communist regime even after the official communist coup was dramatically played out on the world stage.
