"This
was such a good group! I still have my letter sweater which has the
GAA State Award sewn on it. (I think I was the only girl in my class
who had enough points to get the State Award during our Senior year.)
Where else in small towns like Clinton could a teenage girl have so many
chances to learn new skills and have fun in those hours after school?
We got to go bowling and play sports like basketball, volleyball,
tennis, badminton, gymnastics, etc. Bless those teachers who stayed
after school to give supervision so we could enjoy all those things!!"
