Unfortunately, it only includes the most relevant comments, not all 1309 comments and comment replies. Only the 20 most relevant comments, without the replies, only reply counts.

After I noticed this video was removed, I quickly downloaded the page of the opened tab that was loaded prior to the removal of this video.
On the day I opened the tab, when the video was still available, I actually attempted to save the comments to Archive.is using the \u201clc=\u201d comment ID trick, (which I usually do for many videos that I encounter), but in that specific case, my bandwidth was already used up (if consumed, Archive.is becomes unreachable and keeps loading indefinitely until timeout error), and CroxyProxy (the only online proxy service that works for bypassing Archive.is's quota limits) was momentarily too slow to be useable.

Had one of these two things not happened, many more comments of this inexplicably removed video would have been saved to Archive.is. Now, these comments are unfortunately lost. Had I known for certain that this video was going to be erased (privatized), I would have tried harder squishing it into Archive.is, probably with success. But this is just one of countless videos I have encountered. I could have used WebCite/WebCitation, but they unfortunately closed their door for new webpage submissions.
