\u201cFrom Me to You\u201d is a piece about
an exchange of objects. Interested in the idea of mundane objects that hold a
deeper meaning, I asked close friends to choose an object they thought
represents our friendship and set up days for the exchanges to happen. Though
the objects themselves seemed meaningless, I was more interested in the story
behind them. After one of the exchanges, I asked my friend if we should hug, to
which she responded with \u201cno\u201d. There was a bit of awkwardness between each
exchange, as I was putting my friends and myself in a more serious setting than
usual and asked them to think about our friendship, as it is not something we
do everyday.
