The Refinery89 AdUnit Debug Extension provides a comprehensive interface for publishers to easily create tickets for the Refinery89 support team with regards to our adunit positions on their websites.
The plugin works in tandem with to our single tag solution and will automatically visualize and highlight the available adunits to facilitate the bug reporting process.
Features: Report inappropriate ad content: If you are seeing ads with inappropriate content, you can report this to us via this option.
Our support team will receive details of the adunit and advertiser.
We recommend you also provide a description of why this content is inappropriate so we can take suitable actions.
Request a review of an adunit: In the case you are seeing an adunit malfunction please use this option.
We will automatically receive a screenshot of the adunit, but please do provide a description of how you want us to modify the adunit.
