A simple extension to manage proxy configuration (allows setting auth credentials for http/s proxies)
The objective of the extension is to allow setting up a proxy. It just a wrapper of the `chrome.proxy.settings` configuration with the addition of allowing to set up proxy authentication. Credentials will be set in the URL and it will follow the basic "Proxy-Authentication" handshake.
