Extending the Charter of the Harpers Ferry savings institution.
Passed March 9th 1853.
Be it enacted by the general assembly,
that the sixth section of the act, passed March
eighth, eighteen hundred and thirty three, entitled
an act to incorporate the Harpers Ferry savings
institution, be and is hereby re-enacted and
emended so as to read as follows:
7 6. This act shall continue and be in force
only for the term of twenty five years from the
eighth fay of March eightteen hundred and thirty three.
