It's initial segment premiered in vol. 148 (released June 21st, 2006), and the final segment was in vol. 158 (released April 21st, 2007).If the segment ran in every issue between those two, I seem to be missing two of them - but this contains 8/10 of the set (assumedly), including two untranslated interviews with MOTHER 3's composer Sh\u014dgo Sakai. There doesn't seem to be much information about these online outside of initial news reports in Japanese by MOTHER party (mother-jp.net), and brief mentions in Nintendo DREAM's own backlogs.
