Here is Big Bird, one of the first Sesame Street Muppets since 1969. The late Carroll Spinney played Big Bird from 1969 until his retirement in 2018. That's almost 50 years of playing Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch. A year later, he died. So Matt Vogel took in the role of playing Big Bird. Anyway, Big Bird is a large yellow bird, so large that no one could believe it. Out of Sesame Street, he appeared in Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and Between the Lions, all of which were on PBS. Sesame Street was on PBS, then it was on HBO Family. Now it's on a streaming service, HBO Max. But I can't afford HBO Max, though. It'll cost extra.
