Scans of the CD and case inserts for Kids Arcade for Windows. Scanned at 1200dpi 48-bit RAW, with calibrated ICC profile embedded in scans. No additional color correction was performed.

Some notes:
* There's nothing on the other side of the cover insert, it's just white. (Also, in case it's not obvious, it folds in half so that the "Entombed" side is the cover art and the other half is opposite the disc when you open the case.)
* I included two scans of the ring because not all of the engraved text was visible in the first scan I made.

Scanner used: Epson Perfection 4990 PHOTO
