'Little Billy', a showman's tractor, was built by Richard Garrett & Sons at their engineering works in Leiston, Suffolk (England - now a steam museum). Showman's engines were designed to generate electricity (note the dynamo over the smokebox) for driving fairground rides, and for towing trailers from one fairground location to another.'Little Billy' was photographed at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre (England) at a steam rally held on 21st Sept. 2019.
