Monteen Stover, Born in 1898, provided a breakthrough in the Mary Phagan murder mystery.

The 5'2", 15-year-old gave information to the police that helped them to solve the Mary Phagan murder. You seldom hear much about her from authors who are claimed to be authoritative sources on the Leo Frank case and say he was innocent, setup because of Jew-Hatred and that two black men committed the Mary Phagan murder, particularly Jim Conley. She went to collect her paycheck on the day of the Mary Phagan rape-murder, and Leo Frank's office was empty between 12:05 pm and 12:10 pm. This was the time he said Mary Phagan was alone with him in his office, but got caught in an inconsistency.

Guess what they're hiding? Read further and find out.

Misspelled as Montine Stover in some of the census data, her correct name spelling is Monteen Stover. She was one of the star witnesses at the trial because her testimony was pivotal in triggering Leo Frank to make an astounding admission which was ineluctably incriminating, so much so it made it nearly impossible to acquit him of the Phagan molestation abuse and slaying.

In 1914 she married Samuel James Maner, and became Monteen Maner. Research is still being conducted to track down more information about her and find out what happened to her later in life.
