This folded cardpaper in DIN A4 format was included inside the SNES package from November 1992. (It might came out in summer 1992). It has Super Mario World included, two controllers, a folded flyer advertisind SNES games. Shows the covers of issues August+Octobre 1991 as well the "Classic" (1990) promotional magazine (it was updated later (1992), including the SNES and newer stuff) for registered members. Following and previous register cards included in the SNES and Game Boy show some different design. When send in, one could recieve a bimonthly "Club Nintendo" magazine (and the "Classic" with presentations of selected games) and an thin plastic "Club Card" in size of an "Master Card" with your name and an membership number.
