1942 - 1943 --Stefan Osusky brought a libel action in London against Bohus Benes editor of the Czech newspaper "Czechoslovakia" which was funded by his uncle Edvard Benes, head of the Czechoslovak Government in exile which financed Bohus Benes's newspaper w about 310,000 (close to 3200,000.00 in 2020). To avoid the libel suit in London, Edvard Benes appointed his nephew Bohus Benes Czech Consul General in San Francisco. He and his family traveled in luxury accross the atlantic with all their furniture and arrived in the United States on a diplomatic passports in 1942.

In 1943 -1/2/1943 Bohus Benes, who was serving as Czecho-Slovak Consul in San Francisco, responded defensively to a Boake Carter article in the San Francisco Examiner about Ukraine. Carter's article clarified the Ukraine was not a Russian province and was critical of what happened to its people in 1918 "Ukraina was overrun by the Bolshevik Army. Poland took Galicia. Rumania took Bukowma. Czechoslovakia took Carpatho-Ukraina and only three years ago Hungary took this territory.The Ukraine was therefore partitioned. Her fifty millions of people became once more experimental animals in the international school of human vivisection." Bohus Benes responded defensively of his family--the greedy,deceptive propagandists, power hungry via divide and conquer tactics Benes Regime of Czechoslovakia that cloaked their totalitarian regime in the word "democracy"--by arguing that Carters description "Carpatho-Ukraina" should remove Ukraina and replace it Russia. Bohus Benes claimed that in 1918 the "inhabitants of Sub-Carpathic-Russia, who called themselves Carpatho-Russians (not Carpatho-Ukarainians)...decided to become pat of the Czecho-Slovak Republic." Benes further claimed that "Americans of Carpatho-Russian origin had very much to say about this matter"


1938 --on Tuesday April 12, 1938 at Hamstead Town Hall, London- Bohus Benes made, what was described, as a "violent speech" The House of Commons discussed taking action to prevent a recurrence of such activities by Bohus Benes which is "contrary to diplomatic custom"

1948 - 3/12/1948 The San Francisco Examiner reported that Bohus Benes, who was serving as Czech Consul General of Communist Czechoslovakia demanded American Czech retract words critical of Communists and the Communist coup that had taken place in Czechoslovakia. The article reported that his planned speech "will praise Soviets and criticize Western Democracies."

president/dictator of Czechoslovakia. Bohus became the father-in-law of
Zbigniew Brzezinski. Bohus Benes father was Vaclav Benes, (Edward
Benes' older brother) a Marxist agitator who infiltrated/was elected
into the Imperial Council/Parliament of Austria (Reichsrat) in 1911 with
his fellow Czech Social Democrat and founder of the Communist Party of
Czechoslovakia, Bohumir Smeral. Vaclav Benes (Bohus Benes father and
Mika Brzezinski's grandfather was arrested and jailed for treason and
jailed for a few months. His brothers Vojta and Edward Benes were in the United States, propagandizing Americans to establish a new country the the Benes family could run.

Multiple articles in 1949, announcing the lectures & courses (aka communist propaganda)he gave in the United States claim Bohus Benes "spent 28 years in diplomatic and consular services for Czechoslovakia. He has served in New York, Montreal, Brussels, Geneva, Paris, London, Washington, Chicago and Sand Francisco consulates. He was San Francisco consul from 1942 to Sept 3 1948 when he resigned. A relative (nephew) of Edward Benes, he served as secretary to him when the latter was president of Czechoslovakia from 1935 to 1938" ..."For six years he was correspondent at the League of nations for Czechoslovak newspaper" (which is where his daughter that married Zbigniew Brzezinski, Emilie "Muska" Benes was born...Muska is mother of MSNBC propagandist Mika Brzezinski)
