These are the instruction panels from the Project DIVA Arcade cabinet of the intermediate version where AIME cards have already been introduced, but DIVA NET service wasn't.
The left panel is BRK-0021 and still depicts the OG version DIVA screenshot (3 network icons).
The right panel is BRK-0022-01 and depicts the newer version DIVA screenshot (2 network icons), as well as including the AIME graphic in place of the "Touch game card" graphic.
Those were scanned from the panels in my collection.
