\tIn his letter to Shri. Jitendra Narain ,Chief Secretary of Andaman & Nicobar Administration, Mr. Siddhanth Rai Sharma mentioned that during this 2nd wave of COVID-19 pandemic still some college of Andaman & Nicobar Islands are indulging the students in offline activities. By which the health and life of the students is in danger.
\tHe also mentioned that "The Hospitals of islands both urban and remote area do not have much facilities. So mass spreading of COVID-19 may lead to chaos. And continuation of offline activities will be Institutionalizing of spreading of COVID-19.
