This is an old bridge called the Crook Point Bascule Bridge or the Seekonk River Bridge. It existed from 1908 to 1976. That's when the bridge stuck up like that. And it stayed there forever and ever.NOTE: I was watching the local news and I saw that this bridge caught fire because of the fireworks. But thankfully, the stuck-up bridge did not disappear, so I was able to shoot this photo. I also drew it as well.
