Islamic State fighters killed and injured 80 judges, investigators and Afghan security members in an attack today in Kabul.
Security sources told the Amaq Agency that two Islamic State fighters stormed a gathering set up by the Afghan government at Kabul University for graduate judges and investigators after the completion of their training course at the university.

The two fighters targeted the graduates with machine guns and killed and injured dozens of them. They also clashed with the security members who were guarding the ceremony and those who came to the area after the clashes.
The same sources confirmed that the outcome of the attack amounted to nearly 80 killed and injured from the judges, investigators, and Afghan security members while the attackers were killed during clashes with the security members.
